Ordering
Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum at all! You can order as little as 1 unit. Whether it is 1 sticker or 500, every order gets the same care and quality.
How do I place a custom order?

Submit a request through our Custom Order form, email ned@lifesaprint.com. We will send a quote within 24 hours.
Can I order multiple different products at once?
+
Absolutely! Mix and match any products in one order. Include everything in the custom order form and we will put together a combined quote for you.
Can I make changes after placing an order?
+
Changes can be made before production starts. Once printing begins edits are not possible. Contact us immediately at ned@lifesaprint.com if you need to make a change.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?

Yes! Orders of 100 or more units typically receive better per-unit pricing. Reach out directly for a custom bulk quote and we will work something out.
Artwork and Files
What file formats do you accept?
+
PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, and JPG. For best results use PNG or PDF at 300 DPI or higher. Vector files like SVG, AI, and EPS are ideal for stickers and decals.
What resolution should my file be?
+
Minimum 300 DPI at your intended print size. Files below 150 DPI may appear blurry. Not sure? Send it over and we will check before printing.
Do you offer design services?

Yes! If you have an idea but no finished file let us know. Design assistance is available for an additional fee depending on complexity.
What color mode should I design in?
+
Design in RGB for the most accurate output on our printers. CMYK files may experience slight color shifts during conversion.
What happens if there is an issue with my artwork?
+
We review all artwork before printing. If we spot any issues we contact you first. We would rather pause and get it right than print something you will not love.
Should I include a transparent background for stickers?
+
Yes! For die-cut and kiss-cut stickers a transparent background in PNG format is ideal so we can cut precisely to your design shape.
Products
What is the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut stickers?
+
Die-cut stickers are cut through both vinyl and backing in the exact shape of your design. Kiss-cut stickers are only cut through the vinyl layer leaving a square or rectangle backing — easier to peel and great for sticker packs.
Are your stickers and decals waterproof?
+
Yes! All stickers and vinyl decals are printed on waterproof UV-resistant material. They handle rain and outdoor conditions well. Avoid dishwashers unless laminate coating is added.
What finishes are available?

Glossy, matte, holographic, clear, frosted, and kraft depending on the product. Check individual product pages for available options.
How large can you print?

Everything is produced in-house. If you have a specific size in mind, reach out and we will let you know what is possible.
Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk?

Absolutely! Since there is no minimum order you can order just 1 to 5 pieces to verify quality and colors before committing to a larger run.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
+
We currently ship across the United States. International shipping is coming soon. If you are outside the US email ned@lifesaprint.com and we will see what we can arrange.
How long does shipping take?
+
Typically 2 to 5 business days for domestic orders after shipping. Shipping time is separate from production time. You will receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Is there free shipping?
+
Yes! Free standard shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a small flat-rate shipping fee at checkout.
How is my order packaged?
+
Stickers and prints ship flat with rigid backing to prevent bending. Vinyl decals are carefully rolled or laid flat. Everything is packaged to arrive in perfect condition.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days with photos at ned@lifesaprint.com. If there is a quality issue or error on our end we will reprint or refund.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
+
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. Payment is collected securely after your quote is approved.
When do I pay?
+
For custom orders payment is collected after you approve your quote. Production starts only after payment is confirmed. Standard shop orders are paid at checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
+
Because all products are custom-made we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However if there is a quality issue or error on our end we will reprint or refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments or PayPal using industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your card details directly.
Turnaround Time
How long does production take?
+
Standard 5 to 7 business days. Express 3 to 5 business days. Rush 1 to 2 business days. Turnaround begins after artwork is approved not when the order is submitted.
Can I get a rush order?
+
Yes! Contact us at ned@lifesaprint.com to confirm availability before placing a rush order. A rush fee may apply.
Does turnaround time include shipping?
+
No. Turnaround is production only. Shipping adds another 2 to 5 business days. Always factor in both when you have a hard deadline.
What if I have a specific event deadline?
+
Always mention your deadline in the special instructions. If timing is tight contact us directly so we can recommend the best turnaround option for your situation.
